1. About us

Zogsool is a free platform for listing and finding parking spots and garages in Ulaanbaatar. We connect spot owners with renters.

• Using Zogsool and listing a spot is free.
• Zogsool does not receive or pass on payments and charges no commission.
• Zogsool is not a party to rental agreements.

2. Accounts

You need an account to list a spot or to reveal the phone number with the «Rent» button. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Register with accurate information and your own phone number.
• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not register in someone else's name.

3. Listings

Every registered user can list a parking spot or garage for free. The Zogsool team reviews each listing before it is published.

• Only list spots you own or have the right to rent out.
• The location, price, description and photos (including 360° photos) must be accurate and of that spot.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
• We may reject a listing, ask for changes, or remove it at any time.

4. Rental agreements and payment

When a renter taps «Rent», the Zogsool phone number 9999 5672 is shown. When they call, our team connects them with the spot owner.

The price, period, payment and all other terms are agreed directly between the two parties. Zogsool is not a party to that agreement, does not handle payments, and does not guarantee either side's obligations. We recommend following our safe renting tips.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Listing fake or misleading spots, or spots that belong to someone else.
• Defrauding or attempting to defraud others, for example by asking for prepayment.
• Using Zogsool's name to ask for money or information.
• Collecting other people's personal data without consent or sending spam.
• Scraping the site or disrupting how it works.

6. Content

You keep the rights to the photos and text you upload. By publishing a listing you give us a free right to show and promote that content on Zogsool. This right ends when you delete the listing or your account.

7. Limitation of liability

We review listings, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is fully accurate. Zogsool is not responsible for agreements made between users, payments they make, the actual condition of a spot, or any resulting loss. The site is provided "as is".

8. Closing accounts

If these terms are breached, we may remove listings and suspend or close the account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
