- Account details — name, phone number, email address and login details.
- Listing details — location, exact address, price, description, photos and 360° photos.
- Documents you give us during listing review — for example proof of ownership of the spot.
- Records of your phone and email contact with us.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type.
We do not collect payment data (cards, account numbers or transactions) — no payments are made on the site.
2. How we use it
- To run your account and the core features of the site.
- To review and publish listings.
- To connect renters and spot owners by phone.
- To prevent fraud and fake listings.
- To improve the site and meet our legal obligations.
3. What is public
Listings publicly show photos, 360° photos, district, khotkhon, approximate location, price and description.
The exact address of the spot and your phone number are never public. When our team connects a renter and an owner, we share these only with that person.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only in these cases:
- With providers of hosting, database, file storage and email delivery — only to run the site.
- With authorities when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Documents provided for listing review are deleted once no longer needed. If you delete your account, we delete the data we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Send your request to the email below or call 9999 5672. We handle requests within the time limits set by law.
7. Cookies
We only use a cookie to keep you signed in and one that remembers your language choice. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Legal basis
This policy is drawn up in accordance with Mongolia's Law on the Protection of Personal Information (adopted in 2021, in force since 2022).
