Safe renting tips
On Zogsool, rental agreements and payments happen directly between people. Follow these simple steps to protect your money and time.
Five simple rules

See the spot in person before paying
Visit it and, if possible, try driving in and out. Check the entrance, gate, security post, heating and lighting. Photos and 360° photos help, but they don't replace a visit.

Put the agreement in writing
Agree the price, period, payment dates, key or card, deposit and cancellation terms in writing, and both sign it. Keep a receipt for every payment.

Check the owner's documents
Look at their ID and proof of ownership such as the ownership certificate or a letter from the owners' association (СӨХ), and make sure the names match. If the person renting it out isn't the owner, ask for the owner's permission.

Never prepay a stranger
If someone asks for a prepayment or deposit before you have seen the spot and signed an agreement, say no. Zogsool will never ask you for money and does not accept payments.

Report suspicious listings
If something feels wrong, call 9999 5672. We will check the listing and remove it from the site if needed.
Warning signs of fraud
If you notice any of these, pause and talk to us first:
- The price is far lower than similar spots.
- The owner refuses to show the spot or says they are "out of town".
- Pressure to pay right away because "someone else is interested".
- Asking for a payment, deposit or "verification fee" in Zogsool's name.
- Asking you to pay into an account in someone else's name.
